Our Story
TBND CIVILS (PTY) LTD is a Civil Engineering Construction Company that was established on the 27th of May 2019. It is a multi-discipline company with high speciality in Construction Project Management, Civils Works, and General Building.
We are highly experienced in dealing and solving community, labour and local SMME problems that have risen and proven to be a threat/constraint in completing projects timeously.
Though our company has been operating for 5 years, collectively our directors have more than 20 years’ experience in executing projects successfully from inception to completion.
- TBND Civils is BBBEE Level one with 51% female owned and is 100% youth and wholly black owned company.
- We are currently registered as 6CEPE, 5GBPE, 1MEPE and 1EPPE with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).
- We are also registered with NHBRC.

OUR VISION
- Our vision is to become a highly preferred Construction Project Management Company in South Africa by the year 2030.
- We also aim to be registered as grade 7CEPE and to be 7GBPE by the year 2028.

- To value all our clients and strive to obtain maximum customer satisfaction.
- Comply with all the compliance requirements; statutory, Health and Safety and quality.
- Assist communities in fighting societal problems and to be the aid in reducing the high rate of unemployment.
- Train young up-coming professionals within the construction industry.
